Oven-baked Potatoes

Potatoes are my favourite tuber food; I can go on and on and on eating this pretty roots without any sense of guilt… fiber present, low calorie content, no cholesterol.. it’s best bet for dinner even if you are on a weight-loss diet. It’s an easy and healthy snack + it is stress-less to make.

Ingredients 1 Servings

  • Potatoes as many as you want **cheers**
  • Seasoning salt, seasoning, lime
  • Pepper optional

Step 1

Preheat Oven for 10minutes.

Slice potatoes into canape sizes. Stack them using skewers.

Rub in salt, seasoning, lime, and peppers as desired.

Allow it to cook in the oven for 30 minutes, or till properly cooked- depending on how hot your oven is. You can test if it’s cooked by thrusting a toothpick through it; the toothpick will go in and out easily if it is well cooked.

Ps: Replace the topped peppers with fresh tomatoes as the peppers will be burnt already.

You can serve with the skewers or serve each portion independently using toothpicks. Be free to try out adding other food items like sausages.. I do this alot.
