So I realized I was tired of eating spaghetti, then I thought to explore other pasta. Macaroni! This came with mixed feelings because my siblings have never liked it; though I’ve always been indifferent too. I wanted this to be different; so I thought if I made a nice sauce with it, I would totally enjoy it. Guess what? I really did!
Step 1: Pour the macaroni into a pot of boiling water and leave to boil for 15 minutes, while you slice and dice other ingredients.
Step 2: Pour the boiled macaroni into a sieve, and proceed to make the sauce.
Step 3: Using a non-sticky pan, heat up the vegetable oil. Add in the ginger, garlic and onions; stir fry for 3 mins. Then add green, red pepper and salt; continue to stir fry for next 2 mins. Then pour in all the remaining vegetables. Add 1 oz of water and let simmer for 2 mins.
