Today is National Oatmeal day in America!
So I decided to share this oatmeal cookies recipe in felicitation. It has that crunchy outer layer; but soft on the inside. It’s nice to eat and quick to make; and completely healthy.
Crunchy yumm yumm!
INGREDIENTS 6 Servings
- Oats powdered 2 cups
- Egg 1 large
- Sugar/honey 1/4 cup
- Oatswhole grains 2 tbsps
- Milkliquid milk 1/4 cup
Preheat oven to 170C.
Blend 2 cups of oats to powder. Mix powdered oats, milk, egg, and sugar till combined. Fold in grounded peanuts.
Scoop batter with a spoon; and I even sprinkled coffee on some because I like coffee. Cook in the oven for 15-18minutes. Check for doneness.
