Vegetable salad is a very healthy to go snack-pack you want everyday… trust me, you can have as many plates as you want without having to think of gaining some excess calories as in the case of junks. It is very easy to make and quick too; there are no restrictions to the vegetables too.
I made about eight plates in less than 30 minutes. It’s really easy!
Ingredients
Vegetables of choice
Step 1
Wash all the raw vegetables you want to use in your salad. There is no limit to your choice.
Step 2
Dice and sliced into desired shapes. Make sure they are slim slices though, the bulky ones will get you tired when chewing.
Step 3
Pack them into snack packs; the transparent ones make them appear more attractive.
