Here’s how to make your taste buds come alive…
Ingredients 4 Servings
- Coconut shredded 1 big
- Corn decobbed kernels 2 big
- Water 1/2 cup
Step 1
Blend shredded coconut with 1 cup of water in a food blender or processor. You can use a carrot juicer without adding water. Sieve shaft and keep juice.
Step 2
Pour cooked decobbed kernels in coconut milk to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Leave it opened so the water evaporates.
Step 3
Allow to cool. Refrigerate to serve chilled as dessert.You can use some of the shredded coconut to serve.
