I figured I could make a vegan dessert from this blessed blend- Coconut Creamed Corn!

Here’s how to make your taste buds come alive…
INGREDIENTS 4 Servings
- Coconutdiced 1 big
- Corndecobbed 2 big
- Water 1/2 cup

Pour cooked decobbed kernels in coconut milk to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Leave it opened for water reduction.
Step 3
Allow to cool. Refrigerate to serve chilled as dessert.
You can use some of the shredded coconut to serve; or syrup/sweetener for added flavour.
