Ingredients 4 Servings
- Yam blended 1 cup
- Flour sieved/sifted 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Water 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/8 cup
- Milk if desired 1/8 cup
Combine all ingredients- yam, water, sugar, eggs, milk and flour. Make a smooth paste.
Using a non-sticky pan, pour paste unto pan flatly. allow to cook, then turn with a spatual for the other side to cook to.
