Cheese.. chilli.. kilishi… collabo.
Kilishi noodles is one meal I know my brother-in-law will never say no to. It tastes soooo good and cooks really quick! Adding creamy cheddar just takes to a whole new level entirely…
INGREDIENTS 2 Servings
- Indomie Noodles 2 super pack
- Kilishi 100g
- Chilli 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 tbsp
- Onions (chopped) 1/2 bulb
Step 1
Simmer shredded kilishi in boiling water and the noodles seasoning for 4 minutes. Add noodles and oil with the chilli and allow to cook for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add the onions and cover up for 2 minutes. Then add the cheese and leave it to melt- that should take about 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Serve hot! Cheesy yum…
