Upping our game… Hiii!
It’s been a minute… no, a year or two!
I’ve been voluntering with an NGO in a rural community, serving my country, getting married to the love of my life, and relocating from my birth country. I promise you that all through this time, I have been creating new recipes; it has just taken so long to be back to blogging… FORGIVE ME.
Now that I’ve been atoned for. Believe me, I’ll keep the recipes coming! Let’s start with this very easy versatile sauce- perfect as a dip, spread, bake sauce or even marinade.
‘Mayoup’ – You know I love to name my recipes mostly from the ingredients, which means this recipe’s major ingredients are Mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup. It also means we’re ‘upping’ mayo’s game… haha- with some spice.

INGREDIENTS 6 Servings
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Tomato Ketchup 3/4 cups
- Barbeque sauce 2 tbsps
- Crushed chilli flakes 1 tbsp
- Garlic (grated) 3 cloves
- Glass jar 1
Step 1
Finely grate the 3 cloves of garlic with a hand grater and set it at the bottom of your jar.

Step 2
Layer each ingredient. Then mix with a spoon.

Step 3
Serve as desired.

P.S. I labelled my jar with a plain white paper sticker.
