INGREDIENTS 2 Servings
- Potatoes 6 medium
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Yaji Spice 2 tbsps
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Step 1
Preheat your oven at 230C degrees for 5minutes while cut the potatoes into eight wedges each ( you can leave the skin on, just make sure to properly wash it). Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs, yaji spice and a tablespoon of olive oil; jumble the potatoes so they are evenly coated.

Cover your oven tray with foil or parchment paper. Lightly oil the pan with olive oil cooking spray or use a brush to oil the surface. Spread out the potatoes on the oiled tray and bake for 20minutes.

Serve hot!
